NOW TAKING SUBMISSIONS FOR THEATREGASM TURNS 10

We are now taking submissions for THEATREGASM TURNS 10!

If you write short plays, this is your chance to see these plays come to life as part of our 10th anniversary edition of Theatregasm. 

​

Two rules:

1. Submissions must be sent before January 15 to be considered for Theatregasm 2017. 

2. Shows should be roughly 10-minutes long or shorter. Now, we're not going to sit there with a timer and calculate length down to the second so there is some flexibility, but please refrain from submitting full lengths. Very short scripts (similar to Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind) are also welcome.

We do accept all genres: comedies, tragedies, theatre of the absurd, you name it. We will also accept multiple submissions per playwright.

At this time, we are unable to provide a stipend as this is an all-volunteer company.

1/9/17 Update: At this time, we've received over 500 submissions with still a week to go! We're working through them, slowly but surely, but since we were not expecting such a positive response, we are swamped! That means we probably won't be able to email back everyone who submitted. So, if you've submitted, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU WE LOVE YOU ALL. We look forward to announcing the selection, probably by January 24 (at least that's when we're holding auditions so we really should have a selection by then)
